  Twice I've arrived at this bottle depot only to be turned away! 1st time, I phoned ahead to check what time they closed, the gentleman who answered advised that they closed at 6pm on week days however, they insisted that I arrive at least 15 minuets earlier in order to sort through my bottles/cans, even though I explained that they were all already 'sorted'. It takes so much effort to carry my bottles and cans from my basement suite, around the building, up flights of stairs, onto the street and into my car. Nevertheless, rushing the process, I managed to get there in a timely manor however my phone said 5:46pm - I got the door and the owner turned me away and refused to take my well organized boxes. 2ND TIME, it was AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE THEY CLOSED and he turned me away again, stating that it was windy so they were closing early. Both occasions, the owner was extremely rude while I remained polite and well mannered. I've been told by a friend that they also shorted money when they've taken in the Scout bottle drives.
