    I tried to return a couple of gun cases without a receipt (they never gave me one), and while this manager said he agreed the cases were from his store and admitted that in fact he remembered my buying them, he could not help me without a receipt or without the exact date of purchase so he could enter them back into stock. I ended up giving him the cases and walking out shaking my head.
    By reimbursing me the money they stood to lose nothing, it was my intention to buy some other items with the money anyway and I told him this. As it stands now they lose out on revenue from any purchases I may have made in the years to come

    I most certainly did not "throw a tantrum" I did however promise to warn people in the future about your store. No one I've talked to can believe you didn't refund me given the fact that you remembered me purchasing the cases.
    By the way does recycling those cases mean putting them back into inventory???... Funny how that doesn't cause problems with your computer system but refunding me would have thrown your whole store out of whack.

    I love going here. If you need anything for shooting or just want to look around and ask questions the staff will be happy to help. They will also let you see the rifles without insisting you show them your PAL first. I will always go to them first for all my shooting needs
